New features

  • Faster integrate_to_ppi() when using standard aeqd projection grid (#734).

  • Cross references to new getRad package for downloading EU and US polar volume data (#729).

Bugfixes

  • Removed aws.s3 as a dependency, functions depending on aws.s3 now using httr2. New hidden helper functions in utils.R replacing aws.s3 functionality (#731, #732).

  • Package now depends on R (>= 4.1.0) for httr2 compatibility.

  • NEXRAD data is now downloaded from unidata-nexrad-level2 bucket (#735).
