Jetson Xaver NX build instructions md added.
Little Changes in CMakeLists.txt that would be applicable to both openark-ubuntu and jetxon-nx branches.
Option for Eigen Hack in CMakeListst.txt added for clear Eigen fix.
Automatic neon support activation by detecting arm architecture in CMakeListst.txt.
some fix to openark-ubuntu link problems.
