ProCESS

ProCESS stands for Programmable Cancer Evolution Spatial Simulator. It is an R wrapper for RACES, a C++ tumour evolution simulator, and provides additional plotting functions.

Help and support

Installation

In order to install the development version of ProCESS, you need:

• R and Rtools

• the R package devtools

• git

When the requirements have been satisfied, issue the R command:

devtools::install_github("caravagnalab/ProCESS")
