This repository receives submissions for the Global Open OnDemand Conference Proceedings.
The submission, acceptance, and publication process is conducted in a spirit of openness; submissions are publicly visible, published articles are open access, and the technologies behind the proceedings are built on open source tools.
All authors, commenters, and editors are expected to show respect and courtesy to each other, following the NumFOCUS Code of Conduct.
- Fork this repository
- Create a folder in the
papersfolder (if you are submitting a full paper) or theslides/postersfolder (if you are only submitting slides or a poster) - Add your content to your folder, following the
examples. For papers, MyST markdown will give you the most control of how your paper renders in the web. However, docx papers are also accepted. For posters and slides, PDF is preferred, but any file format is accepted. - Whether you are submitting MyST, docx, slides, or a poster, ensure you have a
myst.ymlfile with all relevant metadata. - Commit the contents of your folder and create a pull request to the
2025branch of this repository. - You or one of the editors will add a
draftlabel; this will initiate automated checks and a preview build of your paper. Review this final build and ensure the checks pass. - Once everyone is happy, editors will switch the label to
acceptedand your submission is complete!
