New release 2.4.18

BREAKING CHANGE in 2.4.17 and higher
dx_ctl_replication functionality has been enhanced and new mandatory parameter -action is mandatory now
Please update your scripts if you using dx_ctl_replication

This release is distributing dxtoolkit package with an installer only for Linux, Windows and OSX. This package size is significantly reduced and after installation with attached installer script it will have full functionality of full package.

Known issues:
“runner” cannot be opened because the developer cannot be verified (on OSX). Please open a folder with dxtoolkit in Finder, click on runner file, right click and choose open. Than confirm "macOS cannot verify the developer of “runner”. Are you sure you want to open it?". This allows dxtoolkit to run on OSX again.
