CompilerThread::_can_call_javanow has 3 states, true, false, default.CompilerThreadCanCallJava::updateallows only transition from the default state unlessforce=true.All libgraal tests including the crashing test for Truffle call target inlining done by CompileBroker thread now passes fine.
