This is the initial implementation of the coding_agent tool. It is fully integrated into agent-zero workflow and works also via rfc - always runs in the container.
Making this an instrument or an mcp would take away many configuration possibilities we need to use. if we integrate using python api this is no longer the case and we can control every aider call precisely.
