Tools for mapping boring locations, computing sandy-layer percentages, and plotting SPT logs by building.

To run the data;

map_and_logs.py --intervals-folder test_data/spt_int --locations test_data/boring_locations_with_elevation.csv --pattern-dir test_data/patterns/usgs_lithology_patterns/png --outdir test_geosec_out

It will create;

Map: test_geosec_out/borings_map.html

Logs folder: test_geosec_out/borings

Sections folder: test_geosec_out/sections
