Summary

Update the ROCm stack to v6.4.0.

Test Plan

  • Run llama.cpp.
  • Run stable diffusion (in PyTorch).
  • Run Anime4KCPP (in OpenCL).
  • Run clpeak (in OpenCL).

Checklist

  • Package was built and tested against unstable
