- Implements Streamable HTTP transport using Express when --http flag is provided.
- Follows stateless MCP server pattern by creating new server/transport instances per request.
- Retains Stdio transport as the default.
- Adds 'commander' for CLI options and 'express' for HTTP server.
- Updates README with new --http option.
