Split up viewgame (for discussion)

These are some first steps towards splitting up viewgame (suggested in #1020).

As I write this, this PR splits off five sections:

• the API section
• the external links sidebar
• the “Have you played this game?” sidebar
• the tags section
• the game details section.

I posted some questions on the forum about where to go from here.
