Updates the CSS Utilities guide to do the following:

  • Adds new sections for the utilities added by this feature
  • Deprecates the old classes replaced by the new feature
  • Creates and adds new images to show how the flex properties work
  • Improves section headings to be more consistent
  • Replaces outdated usage of "attributes"
