👩‍💻 About Me

👋 Hello! I'm Jorge Hermes, a Software Engineering student (2nd/8th semester) at the University of State of Pará (UEPA) in Ananindeua, Brazil. I currently work as a Software Engineering Intern at COSANPA, contributing to systems for data visualization and operational management.

🚀 My core passion lies at the intersection of Software Development, Security, and Operations (DevSecOps). I focus on building secure, scalable Full-Stack applications and leveraging Cloud Computing (primarily AWS) and robust DevOps practices.

🔍 I'm driven by curiosity and continuously learning – currently deepening my knowledge in Go, Rust, advanced AWS and cloud computing services (completing AWS re:Start), and exploring cybersecurity concepts hands-on via platforms like TryHackMe.

🎯 My ambition is to specialize as a DevSecOps Engineer, automating and securing the entire software delivery pipeline.

🌐 Communication: Native Portuguese speaker, fluent in English (C2), and currently learning German (A1) and Spanish (A1).
