Are you a well-seasoned open-sourcerer and love the work that the UK Gov Digital Services do?
Are you also like me and have a bit of a thing for the GOV.UK Design System?
The only sane solution would be to turn GDS's production Design System kit into a personal website.
npm create govuk-personal@latest
cd my-govuk-site
npm run dev
See more information here: govuk.wilkin.xyz.
If your service is not on a service.gov.uk domain, you cannot use the GOV.UK crown logo.
This template uses a custom logo placeholder.
You also will not be able to use the New Transport font. Use the Helvetica or Arial CSS font stacks instead.
GDS Transport has been substituted for Helvetica.
Visit the documentation for detailed guides on using the components on your site.
This project is not affiliated by GDS, or the UK Govt. in any shape or form. I do love GDS though, so show them some love on their GitHub: @alphagov.

This project was made for The Journey v2, a project at Hack Club. It's been a whirlwind of fun, I've spent nearly 9 hours working on this with a supportive Slack community helping me debug bits. Despite working for the end goal of shipping this (I HAVE!), it's been a lot of personal development, and a lot of fun!
