After adding 1/4 full height ordering of windows in #22, I realized that I am often ordering one window at 1/4 (e.g., Webbrower) and my IDE on 3/4 of the width on my 49'' screen.
Here I am adding shortcuts for this to reduce amout of manual window resizing. (It's simple with KDE but annoying :D ).
