Fixes related with newer software requirement

After some period of time that was requirement adjust code to work with newer software version (ansible, vagrant, virtualbox, etc). Also provision images (still not updated images) had to change, this was required with a lot of changes in SSL certs (during time some SSL certs expired or has been replaced with others).

Release code which allow setup build machine with jenkins - install jenkins plugins and update plugin to the latest version.
