3.9.3 - Fix for Turing 8.8" scrambled display

This release fixes the issue #724 with Turing Smart Screen 8.8" and ROM version > 88
Please not it is NOT the support for the newer Turing 8.8" screens with hardware revision V1.1 (issue still open: #727)
