Resolves #15
Depends on platformio-core 6.1.6.
This will work when this is done and released. Will require testing.

Sorry I didn't get to look at this; That's definitely one step in the right direction to use platformio.public imports, but sadly the next import is_pattern_port isn't public again. I will try to look for a cleaner solution. Also since core 6.1.6 is 2.5 years old by now, I'll assume people to at least have that version or newer.
