- introduce GitHub fallback mirror for SPDX License text retrieval
- FIX Missing content field for additional license #1034
- replace gradle internal classes with copies to prevent things magically breaking - remove legacy property accessor - apply gradle lint plugin to prevent common mistakes
- update various about lib files to the latest versions
