Changes

Removed the TileLayer module and all related code.
Removed the compat2qgis module, all its usages were replaced with direct QGIS 3 API.
Removed version checks for QGIS 2.x and kept QGIS 3-compatible code only.

Notes

Translations were also updated.
In the file_selection_widget.py file, line 100: a typo in the dialog_title assignment was fixed.
