We now have a GitHub v0.1.0 release of {anndataR} this PR pins the Docker containers to use this version. Let me know if there is anywhere else that should be updated.

PR checklist

  • This comment contains a description of changes (with reason).
  • If you've fixed a bug or added code that should be tested, add tests!
  • If you've added a new tool - have you followed the pipeline conventions in the contribution docs
  • If necessary, also make a PR on the nf-core/scdownstream branch on the nf-core/test-datasets repository.
  • Make sure your code lints (nf-core pipelines lint).
  • Ensure the test suite passes (nextflow run . -profile test, docker --outdir <OUTDIR>).
  • Check for unexpected warnings in debug mode (nextflow run . -profile debug, test, docker --outdir <OUTDIR>).
  • Usage Documentation in docs/usage.md is updated.
  • Output Documentation in docs/output.md is updated.
  • CHANGELOG.md is updated.
  • README.md is updated (including new tool citations and authors/contributors).

Hey, @lazappi thanks for the PR!

The tests are still failing because the docker images need to be updated based on the files you changed. I will do this soon, then we're ready to merge.

There is now a 0.2.0 release on GitHub which should be used instead https://github.com/scverse/anndataR/releases/tag/v0.2.0. Note we have changed the HDF5 backend so you will need to have {rhdf5} instead of {hdf5r} to read/write H5AD files.
