The edits are to parts of original acq-board commutation tutorial that were overlooked when this tutorial was ported to gui-docs and ONIX was added

I changed the margins of h1 + rubric pairs: I'm not sure how you feel about this, feel free to revert and merge I also made a couple edits to the top admonition + video caption that were originally overlooked when this tutorial was ported to gui-docs and ONIX was added |

when coming to this page from the commutator-docs, both the onix and acq board commutation in the gui links come to this same page. I thought a more prominent admonition about the duality of the tutorial would be helpful. The style is questionable, but in this way it does not appear in the TOC and it actually matches the styling of the tabs.
