Building on top of the WMS/ArcGIS raster layer feature identification, this PR adds feature identification against vector tile layers. In action:
While vector tiles are not primarily meant for feature identification, they can very often still hold useful details. And with OpenStreetMap's shortbread vector riles, they often contain tons of useful attributes:
