With a little bit of help from this post here we can customize a 404 this way: facebook/docusaurus#6030 (reply in thread)
The
jsfile was created withnpm run swizzle @docusaurus/theme-classic NotFoundbut then I just copy and pasted the content from Kazisean.I believe just fill in the placeholders in what I've done here and it will now work for you. Ideally everything on the site we're dealing with is a markdown file but Docusaurus don't quite agree??
If there are any problems with
npm start, maybe try to double check:npm run buildnpm run serve
