This PR augments the inventory of resources to add a couple of relevant openssf / openssf adjacent projects and initiatives:

  • The CISA SBOM Community Reference Implementations Whitepaper
  • The Open Source Project Security Baseline
  • OpenVEX

I see only 5 phases listed here, yet also see six-step process. Did you forget to add "Document Linking"?

LGTM. The entries are listed in alphabetic order within each section. Any chance you can move these new ones accordingly? If not I'll just do so myself before merging. Also please add your name to the acknowledgment section at the bottom of the document!
