Sometimes exceptions in the merging rules are needed. For example, generally you need a hash with all key/value pairs when merging two hashreferences, but for a specific thing you need an other rule (e.g. the last one wins). Currently this is not possible with Hash::Merge.
This PR adds a support for "paths" to define those exceptions.
