This PR aims to introduce a formatter to make codebase more consistent.
It is based on the recent emft formatter.
Others formatter such as
rebar3_format,erlfmt(WhatsApp) did not succeed to parse and format the files.Only the rust implementation of
efmtwas able to do to.In order to use it just run
rebar3 format
