Description
This PR moves the "Set Custom Gas Limits" page from being nested under "Generate Random Numbers" to the same menu level as "Generate Random Numbers" in the Entropy documentation navigation structure, as requested in Slack channel #entropy.
Before: The page was located at
/entropy/generate-random-numbers/set-custom-gas-limitsand appeared as a sub-item under "Generate Random Numbers"After: The page is now located at
