This is a generic'd version of the
rpm.PathSetcache.Once merged, that implementation and the refcounting scheme in the fetcher can be replaced with
cache.Live.The package is named
cachebecause we may want different cache strategies in the future, so we can just add more types here (e.g.S3Fifo,LRU).
