v0.1

Initial release. Things work. I have tested this by deploying in Azure DevOps.

In DevOps it takes the following variables:

  • REPO: The GitHub repo against which this runner will register. Example: https://github.com/rakheshster/docker-kea-knot
  • RESOURCEGROUP: The resource group name in Azure. The name doesn't matter.
  • RUNNER_VERSION: The version of the self-hosted runner to download. Was 2.273.0 as of this release.
  • TOKEN: When you add a new runner in GitHub it generates a token. You are supposed to put that token here.

In the next version I am going to rework things such that REPO will just be the repo name (username\repo and not a full URL) and also the TOKEN will be a Personal Access Token so the pipeline can automatically request for a new runner token and use that.
