What does this PR do?
This PR adds the ability to use the analog of
sf apex run --file ~/test.apexcli command.What issues does this PR fix or reference?
There is no ability to execute the anonymous apex right now. However, this feature could be extremely useful for LLMs, they might use this powerful tool for debugging, CRUD operations, and else.
