Hello my name is Erin, I'm a software engineer based in Berlin and I have been writing Rust since 2015. In that time I've created various crates and projects that are used throughout the Rust ecosystem. I intend to use any and all sponsorship from GitHub to cover the time I spend contributing the Rust ecosystem and cover the cost maintaining and developing projects like Tokei.
Projects
- Tokei — A fast code counting tool written entirely in Rust
- tokei.rs — A service built on top of tokei that will your code stats as a GitHub badge. E.g.
- octocrab — A GitHub API client library.
- fluent-templates — A high level Fluent localisation library in Rust.
- rasn — A safe #[no_std] ASN.1 codec framework.
Reaching this goal would enable me to be allow me to more directly work on and release new versions of my own open source projects, as well as contributing more to Rust and other open source organisations directly.
