Do I remember correctly that depending one uses python3-dev for Debian/Ubuntu and python3-devel for Red Hat/CentOS/Fedora? If so, can we give instructions for both styles in the Readme?
As it is, the install instructions seem to work, so that's the minimum. (Confirmed on Windows Subsystem for Linux/Ubuntu).
