Create missing source directories when the volume is rw.
That allows to use volumes in the .tox directory, to recreate them by using tox -re.
I prefer to keep PostgreSQL databases across runs (the structure is complex and recreating the database is longer than the test duration) but I want to easily remove it from times to times.
