Hello,
This PR is an attempt to make it possible to generate several latex documents from the same doc project, fixing #1035.
I'm not sure of the possible side effects of the modifications I made, especially the one on col_row_maker, so any help is appreciated.
With the changes I try to detect when we want to reference a need from another document in need_outgoing.py and need_incoming.py and simply replace it by an emphasis to still show the need.
There may be a need to also change need_ref.py and other files.
