Revert axios to 0.21.1 in major 6.x

What problem is this solving?

Current implementation of axios 1.8.4 breaks workloads in Assets builder

How should this be manually tested?

1. Run [email protected] in version 6.39.4-oldaxios.0 in a test cluster
2. Try to link a ordinary Node app as a regression test
3. Try to link a Asset Builder app as a bug fix test
