This needs some additional work to QA the full site. I did some initial futzing, and think most of the major things are done.

Other big next step is the blog post announcing CFP, tickets, etc.

The Unconference track runs parallel to Speaker Talks. There is a Monday social gathering in the evening offsite.


I feel like arbitrarily switching Keystone on and off between Berlin and Portland is gonna bite us sooner or later.

Did a slight wording tweak, but still thinking about "I understand that submitting a pre-recorded talk proposal reduces my chances of being accepted" which feels kinda negative. But I don't have better wording right away.

Is 8 weeks right? IIRC we try to give folks 12 weeks? That feels very tight to book travel and turn around the talk?

Right, so what do you suggest?

If we're opening this week, we could split the difference and so start of August?

Not sure why we wouldn't just do 3 months out like normal?
