pcsr4swrc

A Julia-based framework for discovering water retention curve equations via symbolic regression. Code and data will be made publicly available upon publication.

This repository contains the source code and example results for the paper titled:

"Physics-constrained symbolic regression for discovering closed-form equations of multimodal water retention curves from experimental data"
(Manuscript currently under review)

Structure

  • src/: Source code for model training and evaluation
  • result/: Example folders containing results for unimodal and multimodal fitting cases
  • requirements.txt: Python package requirements
  • LICENSE: Open-source license (MIT)

Status

  • The paper is currently under peer review.
  • The full source code and dataset will be released following publication.
